TheVolkan300 is a powerful incinerator featuring an integral after-burner, making it compliant withEuropean legislation.
It is ideal for the disposal of poultry, sheep, large sized animal carcasses, pet cremation, farm shopwaste and abattoir waste.
It is aDEFRA ‘TypeApproved’, compact, easy to use, front-loading incinerator which easily accommodatesmedium-sized
volumes of waste. The optional trolley andwinch further assists insertion of waste andonce loaded, the operator selects a
burn program and can leave the incinerator unattended until thewaste has been reduced to ash.
With a burn rate of up to 50kgper hour, theVolkan300 has a low-capacity status requiring noplanningpermission for on
farm use. It is highly efficient, with low thermal mass linings and timer controls to ensureminimal running costs; a thermostat
triggers burner shut-off when optimum temperatures are reached, increasing fuel efficiency significantly. Themodel is
designed to use the inherent fuel propertieswithin animal fat that aid combustion.
Easily installed on site, it simply requires concrete hardstanding and a 230 volt electricity and fuel supply.
