A crowd of all almost 1,000 guestswere in
attendance as English rugby came together to
celebrate another terrific season of domestic and
international rugby at the annual RPA Players’
Awards.
The night paid tribute to the very best in
English rugbywithBath Rugby and England
centre, Jonathan Joseph, securing twomajor
awards, winning the England Player of the Year
2015 in associationwith RheadGroup and the
RPA Players’ Player of the Year.
On a night where 2003 RugbyWorldCup
winner, JonnyWilkinson, became the latest
inductee into the RPAHall of Fame in association
withKPMG, Joseph polled themost number
of votes from his fellow players to complete a
memorable night for the 24-year-old.
TheAwards also recognised the extraordinary
achievements ofMatt Hampsonwhowas named
the recipient of the RPA Blyth Spirit Award.
Matt delivered a powerful speech on
inspiringothers to embrace life and overcome
any struggles.

Henry Slade as LV=Young Player of the Year
2015, AlexGray as HSBC England Sevens Player
of the Year 2015 and RochelleClark named The
Sunday Times EnglandWomen’s Player of the
