The rights and remedies of either party in respect of this Agreement shall not be
diminished, waived or extinguished by the granting of any indulgences, forbearance or
extension of time granted by such party to the other nor any failure of or delay by the said
party in ascertaining or exercising any such rights or remedies.
8.9.
Entire agreement
This Licence and any document referred to in it set out the entire agreement between the
University and the Licensee with respect to the subject matter hereof, supersedes all
previous agreements and understandings between the University and the Licensee with
respect thereto and may not be modified except as notified by the University in writing to
the Licensee and accepted by the Licensee or by an instrument in writing duly signed
by the authorised representative of the University and by the Licensee.
8.10.
No transfer
The Licence is personal to the Licensee and he/she shall not transfer any of his/her
rights under this Licence to a third party.
